A Savannah, Tennessee Winter Wedding
She was the bride who spent time telling everyone else how pretty they looked. Sara was organized and on top of everything, but she was also caring and appreciative of everyone around her all day. She was really anxious while getting ready but I promised her that the nerves would subside once she was in Chris’ arms. And they did. (BIG reason I highly suggest First Looks!)
Sara & Chris treat everyone around them with love and they exude joy. They’re close with their families and it was so fun watching them spend the day together…from her mom reading her scripture after getting dressed to her dad giving her away and then getting on stage to preform the ceremony, and Chris’ siblings hugging him immediately after the ceremony. The closeness was so sweet. A lot of happy tears were shed and a lot of laughs were shared. Brett and I truly enjoyed photographing Chris & Sara’s sweet, sweet day!
Blue Toes! She may be born & raised in Tennessee, but Sara is a hard core Kentucky fan!
Her mom sat down with her and read scripture and the prayers she had journaled for Sara throughout her life. Such a sweet moment. She had us in tears and I couldn’t help but think of my sweet daughter and hope I can do that for Gracen on her wedding day.
The first look with her dad was so sweet!
And her first look with Chris was even sweeter!
“We’re getting married!”
Sara’s veil attached the flower girl! But I love this candid shot!
Love that Brett got this shot before Sara’s dad walked her down the aisle!
Caught the flower girl peeking at me!
