I love it when I shoot a wedding, already knowing the couple, and see their personalities in their décor, attire, and ceremony. This wedding was just like that. I’ve known Lindsey for about 5 years now, (we’ve even traveled all the way to South Africa together). Throughout her wedding, I found myself saying, “that is so Lindsey” all day! From her dress, to the colors and even the ice cream bar at the reception… it all had Lindsey’s touch. She has a degree in interior decorating, so I knew she could turn a church gym into something amazing!
Their ceremony was held at Baskin Chapel inside Brentwood Baptist. It’s gorgeous! Afterwards, we headed to Lindsey’s home church for the reception. It was decorated beautifully in Lindsey’s favorite colors, green and turquoise. Since she doesn’t like cake they had an awesome ice cream bar instead, but they couldn’t leave out Ryan’s Ford Mustang groom’s cake. Their photo booth was also a huge hit! It was such a fun day!
Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Priddy!
I loved the ice cream parlor! Such a fun idea!
They had every type of topping you could think of! I love how they included a photo from their engagement session when we made a stop at Dairy Queen!
Everyone sent their balloons into the air as they exited. The balloons had notes attached saying they were from their wedding with an email address. If you find a balloon, you email the address to tell where the balloon was found. They’ve heard back from a few…one was found all the way in Georgia!
And of course, they’re off in Ryan’s new Mustang! Hope you had fun in Mexico!
