Oh my goodness, these two are adorable! Five years ago, Dean and Sarah met at church. His side of the story is that he tried to talk to Sarah but she wouldn’t talk to him. Her side of the story is that she didn’t know he was trying to talk to her! But a little while later they officially met. They finished high school, went to college, started new jobs, and now they’re finally planning their wedding for next June! Soon after their wedding, they will move to Louisville for Dean to start med school!
When it was time to plan for their engagement session, Sarah said “I know I want some downtown because I love your work down there, but I don’t know a second location.” I have recently fell in love with the Lower Town Arts District so I suggested that to her and she loved the idea! It is full of great houses, porches, sidewalks, and we have more access to light since we aren’t surrounded by so many tall buildings. I love what we got! From their adorableness (is that even a word?!?) to their cozy outfits, the different textures from the buildings, and the golden light…it was a great session! Enjoy some of my favorites!
